Prints out the current time in UNIX timestamp. It is sometimes useful to have a valid UNIX timestamp in order to debug timing and timezone problems.

Prints out the current time in UNIX timestamp. It is sometimes useful to have a valid UNIX timestamp in order to debug timing and timezone problems.
With a timestamp argument, convert the time in a human-readable date in the current timezone.
